Free coaching meetup: Coaching Practice – Practice Coaching – Experience Coaching

This mentored Coaching meeting is organized by the students of the professional Coaching classes (International Coach Federation Training) The Agile Company provides:

• Are you starting out as a coach and want to practice coaching with people from all over the world?
• Are you curious about what a coaching session would look and feel like?
• Do you have a challenge that you would like to work through and be coached on?

This Coaching meetup will allow you to coach, to be coached or to observe a full coaching session

Agenda:

• Hello and where are you from
• First coaching round – 30 minutes
• Feedback round discussing the coaching competencies we saw were used and your compliments.
• Second Coaching round-30 minutes
• Feedback round discussing the coaching competencies we saw were used and your compliments
• Wrap up

The Agile Company’s aim is to create a safe environment in which we all agree on confidentiality and being mindful of each others needs. Also, we will have enough time for some fun, some networking and Q&A on coaching as a profession!

We will work in small groups of 3 to 4 depending on how many we are, and we will only allow positive feedback, unless you personally request improvement points.
