Code of Conduct Procedure

The Agile Company

At The Agile Company, we believe that maintaining the highest standards of ethical conduct is crucial to our success. This Code of Conduct outlines the principles and guidelines that govern our actions and decisions as employees and representatives of TAC. By adhering to this Code, we uphold our commitment to integrity, fairness, and professionalism in all aspects of our work.

Compliance with Laws and Regulations

We are committed to complying with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards.
Employees must familiarise themselves with relevant legal requirements and ensure the actions are in full compliance.
Any illegal or unethical behaviour must be promptly reported to the appropriate authority within the company.
We will maintain transparency in our operations, providing accurate and reliable information to our stakeholders, including employees, clients, partners, and the public. 

Honesty and Integrity

We value honesty and integrity as fundamental principles in our business interactions. Employees must act with honesty, fairness, and transparency in all dealings with colleagues, customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders. Employees must not engage in any form of fraud, misrepresentation, or deceptive practices. Confidential information, including customer and company data, must be treated with utmost care and confidentiality. Unauthorized disclosure or misuse of such information is prohibited.

Workplace Respect and Diversity

We promote a work environment that is free from discrimination, harassment, and bullying.
We respect the rights, dignity, and diversity of all employees, regardless of their race, colour,
religion, gender, sexual orientation, age, disability, or any other protected characteristic.
Employees must treat one another with respect, professionalism, and courtesy, fostering an
inclusive and supportive workplace culture.

Health and Safety:

We prioritize the health, safety, and well-being of our employees. Employees must comply
with all applicable health and safety regulations, follow established procedures, and report
any hazards, accidents, or unsafe conditions promptly.
The use of illegal drugs or alcohol abuse in the workplace is prohibited.

Conflicts of Interest

Employees must avoid situations that create, or appear to create, a conflict between their
personal interests and the interests of the company. Such conflicts can compromise objectivity
and impair judgment.
Employees must disclose any actual or potential conflicts of interest to their supervisors or
the appropriate authority within the company.

Fair Competition and Antitrust Laws

We compete fairly and in compliance with applicable antitrust laws. Employees must not
engage in anti-competitive practices, including price-fixing, bid-rigging, market allocation, or
abuse of market dominance.
We respect the intellectual property rights of others and do not engage in unauthorized use
or infringement of patents, trademarks, copyrights, or trade secrets.

Gifts, Entertainment, and Bribery:

Employees must not accept, offer, or provide inappropriate gifts, entertainment, or favours
that could compromise their objectivity or influence business decisions.
Bribery, kickbacks, or any form of corruption is prohibited. Employees must not offer or accept
bribes, facilitation payments, or any other improper inducements.

Social Responsibility and Environmental Stewardship:

We are committed to conducting our business in an environmentally responsible manner,
minimizing our impact on the environment, and promoting sustainable practices.
We strive to contribute positively to the communities in which we operate, supporting
charitable initiatives and promoting social responsibility.

Reporting Violations

Any employee who becomes aware of a suspected violation of this Code of Conduct must
promptly report it to their supervisor, manager, or the designated authority within the
company.
