Tell us a little about yourself and your history with agile?
I’ve been an Agile practitioner since 2016. My role involves facilitating and coaching transformation journeys at both organizational and delivery levels, guiding towards a more inclusive, flexible, and adaptive organization. Now, I get to combine both to guide teams and companies on awesome transformation journeys!
How do your personal values connect with the work as Agile Coach?
Honestly, it’s all about creating teams where everyone feels included, can adapt to anything, and keep getting better. That kind of open, collaborative environment is what gets me pumped!
What types of clients has worked with you over the years?
So far, I’ve had the chance to work with some amazing folks in the financial & hospitality space. It’s been a blast helping them navigate the Agile world.
Can you share their personal values that are valuable to them?
It’s all about coaching and guiding, you know? I see myself as more of a cheerleader, pushing everyone to be their best and collaborate like crazy!
What agile tools do you use with your clients?
Honestly, it depends on the team and project. But you can bet I’m well-versed in all sorts of Agile methodologies and frameworks. Think of me as your Swiss Army Knife of Agile !
What coaching philosophies do you adhere to and work with?
For sure! My main focus is on those core Agile principles. Building an Agile culture, mindset, and leadership is key to any successful transformation.
