The Agile Company
At The Agile Company we recognize our responsibility to operate as a socially and
environmentally conscious training company. We are committed to conducting our business
activities in a manner that contributes positively to society and minimizes our impact on the
environment. This Social Responsibility Policy outlines our principles, objectives, and actions
to ensure that we uphold our commitment to social responsibility.

a) Compliance: We will comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry
standards, ensuring that our business activities are conducted with integrity and
in an ethical manner.

b) Transparency: We will maintain transparency in our operations, providing
accurate and reliable information to our stakeholders, including employees,
clients, partners, and the public.

c) Fairness and Diversity: We will foster a culture of fairness, respect, and

Environmental Sustainability

a) Resource Conservation: We will strive to minimize our consumption of natural

b) Waste Management: We will implement waste reduction and recycling
programs to minimize the generation of waste and promote responsible waste
management practices.

c) Carbon Footprint: We will work towards reducing our carbon footprint by
assessing our emissions and implementing measures to decrease energy
consumption, promote the use of renewable energy sources, and encourage
sustainable transportation options.

Community Engagement
