Purpose
This Ethical Marketing Agreement outlines the principles that guide all marketing activities for The Agile Company. It ensures integrity, authenticity, and alignment with our mission of serving individuals and organizations in their learning and transformation journeys.
This agreement applies to all internal team members, external collaborators, and affiliated partners who engage in promotional activities on behalf of The Agile Company.
Truthfulness and Transparency
We commit to providing clear and honest descriptions of our offerings, including course outcomes, certification pathways, and trainer credentials. We avoid exaggeration, misleading language, and false guarantees. We disclose all costs, what is included, and any prerequisites or limitations.Respect for Learners and Clients
We avoid manipulative, high-pressure, or fear-based sales tactics. Our language is empowering, respectful, and aligned with a coaching mindset. Testimonials, case studies, and success stories must be authentic and, where applicable, approved for use.Privacy and Data Ethics
We fully comply with GDPR and all relevant data protection laws. We do not share or sell client or learner data without consent. All email lists, cookies, and remarketing tools must be used ethically and with full transparency.Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion in Messaging
We use inclusive language and visuals that reflect the diversity of our community. We avoid stereotypes, bias, or any form of exclusion. Our marketing reflects a global and professional audience with care and respect.Social and Environmental Responsibility
We are committed to promoting sustainability and social impact. We avoid making unsubstantiated environmental claims. Where possible, we prefer digital-first and low-impact options in our materials and events.Accountability and Review
We regularly review our marketing content to ensure it aligns with these principles. Team members and partners are encouraged to raise concerns. If a breach occurs, we will take prompt action to correct it and learn from the experience.Partner and Affiliate Guidelines
All partners, affiliates, and guest contributors agree to:
Use only approved marketing assets (logos, course descriptions, testimonials, etc.).
Avoid making promises, comparisons, or guarantees not approved by The Agile Company.
Clearly disclose any commercial relationships (such as affiliate commissions).
Represent The Agile Company in a respectful and professional manner.
Align messaging with the tone and values of The Agile Company.
Remove or revise any promotional content if requested by The Agile Company.
Agreement
All parties involved in marketing activities for The Agile Company agree to uphold this agreement and represent our brand with integrity and care.
