Management is responsible for:

  • Providing leadership and setting health and safety objectives.
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant health and safety legislation.
  • Allocating adequate resources to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Regularly reviewing and updating health and safety policies and procedures.
  • Providing ergonomic equipment, chairs, and computer screens to connect to laptops.
  • Providing training on a regular basis to staff and trainers on health & safety measures.


Employeesare responsible for:

  • Complying with health and safety policies, procedures, and instructions.
  • Reporting any hazards, incidents, or near misses to their supervisors.
  • Participating in health and safety training programs.

 Risk Assessment and Control

We conduct risk assessments to identify potential hazards and implement appropriate control measures. This includes:


  • Identifying workplace hazards, such as physical and ergonomic risks.
  • Evaluating the likelihood and severity of potential accidents or injuries.
  • Implementing control measures to eliminate or minimize risks, providing ergonomic equipment, chairs,and computer screens to connect to laptops.
  • Regularly reviewing and updating risk assessments as needed.

Training and Awareness

We provide training and information to employees to ensure they understand their health and safety responsibilities. This includes:

  • Induction training for new employees.
  • Assessment of equipment needs.
  • Regular communication and awareness campaigns to promote a safety culture.

Monitoring and Continuous Improvement

We regularly monitor our health and safety performance to ensure compliance and identify areas for improvement. This includes:

  • Conducting regular inspections and audits.
  • Seeking employee feedback and suggestions for improvement.
  • Taking corrective actions to address identified issues.

Legal Compliance

We are committed to complying with all applicable health and safety laws and regulations. We keep up to datewith relevant legislation and ensure our policies and procedures align with legal requirements.
