Learning Path - Level 1 - Fast track ICF Coach Training ICF ACC
Our Level 1 Coaching Program is designed to equip you with the core skills and mindset of a professional coach. Through a blend of live cohort sessions and flexible e-learning, you’ll develop essential coaching techniques such as active listening, powerful questioning, and presence. This foundational program aligns with ICF standards and prepares you for ACC certification, while building the confidence and competence needed to lead impactful, growth-oriented conversations.
 In this introductory module, you will establish a solid foundation for coaching by learning key concepts and techniques essential to forward-focused coaching. The focus will be on developing skills that help create impactful, goal-oriented, and growth-driven conversations with your clients. The module is supported by an extensive self-study and practice program called “the Coaching Skills Builder”.

Fully teacher-led module designed to provide an in-depth exploration of the ICF Core Competencies applied to your coaching conversations. Building on the foundation established in Module 1, this module takes a deeper look at essential coaching skills such as growth-focused goal setting, forward-focused coaching questions, and creating powerful actions that allow your clients to take their own potential to new heights.
You will engage in live sessions with expert coaches, allowing you to receive real-time feedback on your practice and learn from others. Through a blend of interactive learning, practical exercises, and coaching simulations, you will refine your coaching abilities and gain a more nuanced understanding of how to apply the ICF competencies effectively in diverse coaching situations.
In this teacher-led format, you’ll have the opportunity to ask questions, discuss challenges, and receive personalized guidance on how to integrate these advanced competencies into your coaching practice. By the end of the module, you’ll be fully prepared to engage in high-impact coaching conversations and confidently support clients in their personal and professional growth.This intense module focuses on mastering the core competencies for coaching as outlined by the ICF, all through the lens of Professional Coaching. The Forward Focused Conversations Framework was designed by Natascha Speets, PCC Certified, who came to the realization that most modern coaching styles and frameworks promote the same wish for their clients: Positive change, sustained learning, and deep awareness of self.
Natascha is a certified Solutions Focused practitioner, but also uses her knowledge of systemic coaching, the GROW model, non-violent communication, and appreciative inquiry when engaging with her clients in coaching conversations.

This class is taught online using Zoom as our online meeting place where we will discuss, present and practice coaching competencies.
We meet weekly online in a live conference call we work towards our goal which is accompanying you to becoming a professional coach and receiving the ICF ACC credential.
To ensure high quality training for our students, we decided to limit our online Coaching Fundamentals classes to only 15 participants per cohort.

Agile Coaches, of course, but this class is open to anyone who wishes to become a professional coach; Consultants, leaders, HR-professionals, Scrum masters, managers and people looking for a career change.
The Coaching Fundamentals with Forward Focus  Conversations module will focus mostly on the Coaching stance. We are Agile Coaches, but most of all, we are professional coaches, and this class focuses on that aspect.

Completion of the Coach Knowledge Assessment (CKA) (Not included in the course fee)

ICF Credential
This ICF accredited professional coach training course covers the fundamentals of Solution Focused Coaching and teaches you the ICF core competencies needed to apply for the ACC or PCC ICF credential. Combined with 7 group mentoring hours, 3 private mentoring hours and the 6 hours home study, this class will allow you to apply for the ICF ACC credential.
