Course Materials –All course materials, including downloadable resources and study guides, are readily accessible on the SAFe Community Platform for seamless navigation and review. A comprehensive training manual outlines the Lean Portfolio Management (LPM) certification’s job role and provides exam-oriented resources. Furthermore, a practice exam, structured to mimic the certification exam’s format, is included in the Learning Plan at no additional expense, though excelling in it doesn’t assure success on the certification assessment.
This class is taught online using Zoom as our online meeting place where we will discuss, present and experiment with Agile . The Online course delivers the exact same content and at the end you receive the same certificate.
Working methods:
Multimedia presentations, group exercises and discussion, practical workshops, case study and online practice tests.
The course spans a total of 14 hours (2 sessions of 7 hours), during which participants gain access to invaluable resources on the SAFe Community Platform.
To ensure high quality training for our students, we decided to limit our online Coaching Fundamentals classes to only 15 participants per cohort.

Recommended prerequisites for the Lean Portfolio Management course include:

- Experience working in a SAFe environment
