The live-virtual Professional Scrum Master course runs on Zoom and Miro, a highly interactive digital collaboration space. Students will need a stable internet connection, a webcam, microphone and speakers to interact with the class.
Zoom and Miro are provided as part of the course introduction. A student workbook, slide deck and other materials are also provided.

This course is open to anyone who wishes to acquire more knowledge about the role of an Agile Coach
All participants completing the Professional Scrum Master course will receive a password to attempt the Professional
Scrum Master I (PSM I) assessment. The industry-recognized PSM I certification requires a minimum passing score of
85%. PSM class participants who attempt the PSM I assessment within 14 days of receiving their free password and do
not score at least 85% will be granted a 2nd attempt at no additional cost.
You are also entitled to a discount on the PSM II assessment once passing PSM I.

The course, developed by Scrum.org, uses a combination of instructor-led and activity-based learning where students work together in teams. Professional Scrum Trainers (PSTs) bring their own Scrum Master experiences and stories to the class and use their skills as professional trainers to deliver the material using their own unique delivery style. The result is an engaging, enjoyable learning experience where students gain a deep understanding of Scrum theory and principles, the Scrum Master accountabilities and why each element of the Scrum framework is important.
Knowledge
Professional Scrum Master™ (PSM) is an interactive, activity-based course where students gain a strong understanding of Professional Scrum and the role of the Scrum Master. Through a combination of discussion and exercises, students develop a deep understanding of the underlying principles of Scrum and the Agile mindset while learning the practices applied by successful Scrum Teams.

What makes this PSM1 Course different
After the training, you are able to set up a Scrum team and handle complex problems with Scrum. As a professional Scrum Master, you know how to make teams excel. This requires more than basic knowledge. Our Scrum Master Certification course gives you the knowledge and skills you need to become an authority in your field.
First, we’ll look at the theory of Scrum. To fully understand the framework, it is essential to have a thorough understanding of it. We also talk about the different roles within a team and your role as a Professional Scrum Master. What does it mean to be a Scrum Master and what is your relationship with, say, a Product Owner? After that, we dive deep. What is servant leadership? And, how do events contribute to creating a high-value product?
Frequently Asked Questions
The only difference is the way the content is delivered, meaning that you can follow the online program from your home or office, instead of being present in a class room. We decided to stretch the program over 4 weeks, which actually gives you more time to practice in between sessions.
Yes. The certificate issued after the program is exactly the same as the one you would receive after an in-class course. The Certificate doesn’t mention if you followed an online or in-class course.
There are no conditional pre-requisites for this training. It is however advised to have good working knowledge of Scrum.
Yes, you will receive a link to take the PSM1 exam by Scrum.org after the course.
Never. The Certificate issued by Scrum.org after this certification program has lifetime validity.
Two weeks before the start of the course, and before each session you will receive part of your workbook. We ask you to print the pages and use them during the session. At the end of the program you can bind them together with the slides you found interesting and other notes you took during the session, to keep as a reference.
After having successfully completed the PSM1 exam, you will be receieving your certificate via email.
We will send you an invitation to join our Zoom conference room by email. The link will open a window. If you have never used Zoom before, we recommend you open this window a couple of minutes before the session starts so you can download the application if your browser requires this. You can then keep the window open untill your trainer opens the classroom and the session begins.
We offer an extensive follow-up program to all our students including two sessions with a professional coach. You can claim your two coaching sessions after your course. These sessions are there to help you get on your feet as Professional Scrum Master, but if you wish, you may address a completely different challenge with your coach. It is up to you how you use these valuable moments with your coach.
