Do I need Level 1 or ACC before joining?
Yes. The program is designed for coaches who have completed an ICF Level 1 program or already hold an ACC credential.
Is the program agile-specific?
No. The program is not agile-specific. It focuses strongly on coaching professionals at work and in leadership positions, while opening broader professional coaching pathways.
What is included in the mentor coaching requirement?
The program includes 3 individual mentor coaching sessions and at least 7 group mentoring sessions.
Do I need to send a recording to ICF for the Level 2 evaluation?
The program page states that the final assessment is handled by The Agile Company’s team of coaches and mentor coaches as part of the Level 2 certificate process.
How many participants are accepted per cohort?
Cohorts are limited to 15 participants to preserve quality, feedback and depth of practice.
