Tell us a little about Diane Gombart and her history with agile  

Diane Gombart is an Agile Coach with over a decade of experience helping teams and organizations adopt agile practices. Her journey with agile began while working as a software developer for a startup. The team was struggling to deliver products on time and to a high standard of quality.

That’s when Diane discovered agile and its principles of collaboration, adaptability, and customer focus. Since then, she’s been passionate about sharing the benefits of agile with others and helping them apply it to their work.
