Tell us a little about yourself and your history with agile?
I’m deeply passionate about understanding the human side in the world of technology. My journey with Agile started with a fascination for its potential in transforming the way teams and organizations work. I’m particularly interested in large-scale Agile implementations, like SAFe, and how they can reshape organizational dynamics.
As an Agile coach, my role is to help clients, from individuals to entire organizations, in their Agile transformation journey, enabling them to unlock their full potential and align their goals with Agile methodologies.
How do your personal values connect with the work as Agile Coach?
Empathy stands at the core of my values, guiding my interactions with clients and teams. I strongly believe in the power of personal growth, both for individuals and organizations.

What types of clients has worked with you over the years?
Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of working with a diverse array of clients. This includes individuals looking for personal development and organizational growth, leaders seeking to enhance their management skills, and teams striving for better collaboration and productivity.
The industries I’ve worked with are equally varied, spanning from technology and finance to healthcare and education. This diversity enriches my experience and understanding of different organizational cultures and challenges.

In my coaching practice, I utilize a range of tools and techniques. For team dynamics and project management, I often use Agile frameworks like Scrum and Kanban. These are complemented with collaborative tools such as JIRA, Trello, or Slack for effective communication and workflow management.
Additionally, I integrate coaching tools like reflective questioning, active listening, and tailored workshops to facilitate self-discovery and team cohesion.
What agile tools do you use with your clients?
My approach to teamwork is anchored in Agile principles – valuing collaboration, flexibility, and responsiveness. I believe in creating an environment where every team member feels valued and empowered to contribute.
