This program provides all necessary training and mentor sessions for achieving your ICF ACC credential through the Level 1 track or your ICF PCC through the Level 2 track!
This 36-hour online course, is perfect for those who have have previously completed coaching programs such as our Agile Coaching Courses and have some experience with coaching. To complete your Level 1 certification a requirement of 30 hours of prior coach training and for our Level 2 track (ICF PCC) you need to show you have finished at least 89 hours of coach specific training hours (accredited or other)
In this course we deepen the Coach competencies for ICF professional Coaches and how they apply in your daily reality as professional Agile Coach. This course can be enjoyed separately or as part of the larger course offerings by The Agile Company.

Natascha Speets - ICF PCC Certified
The Forward Focused Conversations Arc was designed by Natascha Speets (PCC) who came to the realization that most modern coaching styles and frameworks promote the same wish for their clients: Positive change, sustained learning, and deep awareness of self.
Natascha is a certified Solutions Focused practitioner, but also uses her knowledge of systemic coaching, the GROW model, non-violent communication, and appreciative inquiry when engaging with her clients in coaching conversations.

Group Mentor coaching sessions
You can join these session at any time during your training, and even after you have finished! You need to participate in at least 10 practice sessions in which you will be coached, are coaching (at least 5 observed sessions) or you can observe and give feedback. We will note your attendance internally.
Individual Mentor coaching sessions
Thougout the program you can book 3 sessions with your mentor in which you will be working on a recorded coaching session and identify core coaching competencies you have or will need to develop to reach your desired Credential by the ICF

This class is taught online using Zoom as our online meeting place where we will discuss, present and practice coaching competencies.
We meet weekly online in a live conference call we work towards our goal which is accompanying you to becoming a professional coach and receiving the ICF ACC credential.
To ensure high quality training for our students, we decided to limit our online Coaching Fundamentals classes to only 15 participants per cohort.
This course is perfect for
Agile Coaches, of course, but this class is open to anyone who wishes to become a professional coach; Consultants, leaders, HR-professionals, Scrum masters, managers and people looking for a career change.
The Coaching Fundamentals with Forward Focus Conversations module will focus mostly on the Coaching stance. We are Agile Coaches, but most of all, we are professional coaches, and this class focuses on that aspect.
This course is open to anyone who wishes to become an ICF Certified Professional Coach. If you want to be able to reach the minimum of 60 coach specific training hours for your ICF ACC credential or the 125 minimum for PCC credential through Level 2 path, please reach out to the team to get a personalized estimate or book directly the entire course online!
To reach ACC Level 1 : Attendance in the entire Level 1 course including module 1 up to 3. (75-hour course)
Active participation in the Group Mentoring sessions
work through the notebook and materials we provide you with for self-study; reading articles, watching coaching videos etc. on our online learning platform
A minimum of 100 hours (70 paid) of coaching experience with at least eight clients following the start of your coach-specific training. At least 25 of these hours must occur within the 24 months prior to submitting the application for the credential.
Performance evaluation (audio recording and written transcript of a coach session to be uploaded with your application).
Completion of the Coach Knowledge Assessment (CKA) (Not included in the course fee)
The instructors of The Agile Company will help you in reaching your 100 hours and are always available for mentoring when needed. We also host regular mentoring sessions in which you can practice recording Coaching sessions for your evaluation.

What to expect
ICF Credential
This ICF accredited professional coach training course covers the fundamentals of Solution Focused Coaching and teaches you the ICF core competencies needed to apply for the ACC or PCC ICF credential. Combined with 7 group mentoring hours, 3 private mentoring hours and the 6 hours home study, this class will allow you to apply for the ICF ACC credential through the ACSTH track.

This class is a highly practical, interactive and live online course in which you will interact with people from all over the world. With this class you will also work with your peers in a group mentoring cohort in which you will dive deeper into the different subjects you have learned throughout the week!
