Why now

Why this program matters now

Many professionals already use coaching skills informally. The challenge is turning those conversations into a credible, ethical and ICF-aligned professional coaching practice.

You want to coach professionally, but you need a clear pathway that connects training hours, mentor coaching, evaluation readiness and ACC credentialing requirements.

You cannot pause your professional life for months of rigid training. You need a structured yet flexible journey that lets you start immediately and progress at a sustainable pace.

You need more than theory. You need live practice, feedback, peer learning, recordings, tools and a coaching framework you can actually use in real conversations.

You need to develop a professional coaching stance: ethical practice, agreements, presence, active listening, trust, awareness and learning.

The TAC difference

What makes this Level 1 Fast Track different

This is not just a set of training hours. It is an integrated professional development journey designed to help you build coaching competence, confidence and certification readiness.

Start immediately

Participants can begin with e-learning, videos, readings, reflection activities, peer practice and coaching tools from day one, before or alongside the live cohort.

A clear coaching conversation arc

Live cohort practice, not passive learning

The teacher-led module uses live discussion, coaching demonstrations, exercises, simulations and feedback so participants actively practice professional coaching competencies.

Mentor coaching and evaluation preparation included

The program includes group and individual mentor coaching, including work on recorded coaching sessions and identification of competencies to develop for the desired ICF credential.

Community-based learning beyond the course

Participants gain access to The Agile Company learning community with course content, live events, workshops, resources and peer networking opportunities.
