ICP-ENT is a knowledge-based ICAgile certification. The course is designed to cover the required learning objectives through active participation, practice and consolidation.

Frequently asked questions
Is the online certificate the same as an in-class certificate?
Yes. The ICP-ENT certificate is the same and does not mention whether the course was completed online or in class.
Do I need to pass an exam?
ICP-ENT is a knowledge-based certification. The course covers ICAgile learning objectives through active participation. At the end, knowledge consolidation questions are used before certification is issued.
How long is the certificate valid?
The ICP-ENT certificate issued by ICAgile has lifetime validity.
What are the prerequisites?
There are no formal prerequisites. Relevant experience working in or with agile teams is recommended, and experience as an agile coach, consultant or trainer helps you get more value from the course.
What preparation is required before the virtual classroom?
Before the course starts, participants receive selected articles and research to set the scene and stimulate curiosity for the topics covered.
What happens after the course?
Participants receive access to support materials after the course, and the course page mentions follow-up support including individual professional coaching sessions.
