After having obtained your ICP-SYS, you can book extra practicum sessions to deepen your learning, practice the Systemic coaching conversation and work with the many tools presented in class. These sessions really make the learning come alive and are facilitated by an Authorized Systemic Coach who will provide guidance, feedback and demonstrates the reflective practice of a mentor coach.
Practicum sessions are based on real life case studies brought in by the facilitators and students
- Contracting with the system (Individual, team and organization wide)
- Identifying the need for system growth
- Designing the coaching intervention(s)
- Practice the conversation(s) and feedback
- Peer coaching on individual cases we bring into class
- Feedback, mentoring and Q & A
We use one of the tools discussed in the ICP-SYS, or bring in a new practical tool to discover, depending on the case studies we cover!
