This Advanced Agile Team Coaching Mastery – Expert Level cohort covers 6 months of learning, peer-work, practice and vertical growth and development opportunities. It includes the learning and support needed for you to grow towards reaching the expert level bar and develop the skills and flexibility you need in order to serve your Agile teams in their growth towards Agile Maturity and High performance.
The cohort includes 20 instructor led cohort calls, and at least 5 supervision sessions with your instructors. It includes an extensive e-learning program, a roadmap to high performance teams, a Self-leadership development program and notebooks. You’ll also find an exam preparation course in the back-end of your learning environment.
This program is an intense growth cohort that needs your full attention and engagement. You’ll be required to work with your peer groups on several different team coaching related assignments in between the sessions and you’ll be practicing in class and with your teams to create demonstrations of your competency for us to evaluate in the course. We base our evaluations on the ICF Team Coaching Core Competencies.

The Agile Company’s AATC program is unique and joining this journey is an intense learning experience. We are going to focus for 6 months straight on helping grow towards reaching mastery in the sweet mix of team coaching competencies that incormorate Team Coachingsessions, facilitated sessions, Mentoring conversations and teaching moments. Our program alows you rto reflect on your skills, your style and your effectiveness in helping teams become more mature in Agile and express their high potential as a system. Every session in the module brings in new learning and allows you to challenge your own perspective on your work as Agile Team coach. With your peer groups, you’ll be focused on learning around feedback, practicing the stances, challenging each other on their growth and vertical learning backlog and applying the learning to help you create your evidence.
- 48 live online cohort call hours on specific Agile Coach role topics coaching, facilitating and teaching & practicing together with your peers and program leads.
- The “Professional Agile Team Coaching Mastery – Self Leadership” Vertical development program to broaden your self-leadership and work from “Maturity to Mastery” with your cohort peers.
- Weekly “peer group calls” in which you design refresh, practice and work with your peers, ask your questions and prepare during the week.
- Unlimited EXTRA weekly Practice sessions with our Expert Agile Team Coach alumni and community in your timezone.

We work together over the period of 6 months to help you really master the stances and get early feedback on what needs to be improved. The Cohort program is a weekly commitment and you meet every week with your program leads to learn, practice and deepen the stances. All sessions are prepared by the program leads based on the “initial” structure, but personalized ” when possible to enable the group to move forward as soon as possible.
To ensure high quality training for our students, we decided to limit our program to 12 seats per cohort

- Come to class prepared, homework done (when applicable) and have pen and paper nearby.
The certification is awarded to Agile Coaches and Scrum Masters that have demonstrated competency Mastery in the 5 different competenies (Facilitation, Coaching, Mentoring and training and integrated team coaching) The evidence will be presented in the form of 4 short recordings of your competencies and a file with your work and vision on Team coaching.
To help you reach Mastery, The Agile Company has created a program that allows you to step into this Mastery in a structured and developmental way. Throughout the program, the mentors and evaluators are there to help you reach mastery in Agile Coaching and the 5 competencies we need to demonstrate. During the cohort calls, there will be learning moments, practice time and evaluation of competency.
