The Agile Company
The Agile Company is a training organization specializing in Agile ways of working.
All our training courses are unique, certifying and internationally recognized.
The Agile Company has trained and certified more than 3,000 people since its creation, ensuring excellent customer satisfaction, in order to retain those who trust us and generate positive word of mouth in the Agile community.
Our coaches are all certified ICAgile Agile Coach (International Consortium for Agile).
Our trainers are experts who are passionate about agility and have been trained in “Training From The Back Of The Room” learning techniques.
We offer our training in 4 languages: French, English, Spanish and Portuguese.
Our History
2019
Natascha Speets founded The Agile Company with one goal: to help businesses adapt to a changing world through agility and employee well-being. Natascha, as a certified ICAgile coach, has obtained a partnership to train and share her vision of agility.
2020
We offer remote training and comprehensive online monitoring, designed to strengthen and deploy Agile training programs globally in the context of Covid-19.
We have trained our first 3 expert trainers, certified The Agile Company, ready to support agile coaches in developing their skills.
2021-2022
Our Agile Team coaching program is certified by the International Coaching Federation (ICF). We are proud to be asked to offer the most demanding Expert Coach program in the world.
We implement coaching and leadership development programs. Our business agility programs are also certified and deployed, and we hold ICAgile Expert Coaching certification.
2023
We offer ICF Level 1 and 2 programs, as well as ICAgile programs focused on agile leadership, individual skills development and business agility.
More than 3,000 Agilists have been trained and certified in agile coaching, leadership and project management.
Our in-house team has 12 competent trainers, proficient in more than 4 languages, including English, French, Spanish, Portuguese. To support our global operations, we have an international support team including administrative and quality managers speaking both English and French.
